Hi, I am Willow Treece :)
My name is Willow Hope Treece. People are my passion. Each person we meet has a story, they have dreams and hopes - which gives us a little glimpse into God's intentionality & creativity. When I realized photography would let my creative side wander while meeting new people, I knew this was more than a hobby. It is a ministry; it is an opportunity to love people.
I am also a mama of two boys and wife to my amazing husband. They encourage me daily and are big reason why I have made the leap to turn this passion into reality.

Before WillowTreecePhotography, I founded WillowBeePhotos in 2018. Where does "WillowBee" come from? Although I consider myself a honey connoisseur, the name has nothing to do with actual bees :) My sweet grampy (grandpa) nicknamed me Willow Bee when I was a little girl. Every card he wrote me began with "Dear Willow Bee". Grampy & mimi live on the other side of the country. With so many miles between me and my grandparents, I wanted to cling to this endearing nickname.
Fast forward, as a recent Whitworth uni. grad, I hope to use my studies in Psychology and Business to further my photography career! I am now married to my best friend, Trevor Treece and he is my greatest support! There is much I could say, but to sum, great thought went into changing my business name to Willow Treece Photography.
Starting a small business comes with hardship, but what a beautiful & challenging journey to be on! There are days of doubt, days of excitement, days of happy & sad tears... each moment mingles together to create beauty. I am grateful for the hard days, and grateful for those of you who keep encouraging me to pursue my passion. It all started when I picked up my mama's camera back in high school.
